Pastor's are limited. Ministeries are limited by the skills of the Pastor and leadership. Here are some suggestions to help extend the vision to other people.

Submit complaints - Unresolved or unknown issues can lead to negative interactions or loss membership. People should feel like they belong and have some say over what happens to them in church. Make a form on the internet where anyone can submit a complaint, anonymously. The form can be posted on the web and at the region level the complaint can be assigned to a group or specific person.
Submit suggestions - Remember, the ministry is for the people. Let the people tell you what their needs are, stop assuming Pastors, that you know what is good for another person. You might just find a idea that works or one you didn't think of. Creativity isn't limited to Pastors. We should be open to suggestions.
